If you are willing to part with your recipe for pepper sauce, it really was the best I ever had. As a keen cook myself I have tried various versions, they don't come close. Philippe and Louise catered for a family dinner for 19. Beforehand the organisation and menu choice was straight forward. On the evening Philippe took over and from the canapés to the coffee we were treated to a dining experience to remember. The food was cooked to perfection and with the serving and clearing up attended to all we had to do was to relax and enjoy ourselves, which we did!!
